DMK’s vision started to develop from just an OEM repair company into an office supply enterprise, offering sales and service for imaging equipment such as Multifunction printers & copiers, 3D printers, photo printers, aquos displays, projector lamps and more. As we grew, customers wanted more. We then began providing managed print services, leasing programs, as well as network & IT services to accommodate our customers needs.
As we grew and expanded our services, we decided to change the name to DMK Solutions LLC which perfectly encompasses who we are – OEM and Office Solutions Providers.
DMK started from a belief and desire to offer a valuable alternative to customers – the repair and evaluation of their existing equipment versus purchasing new. We also provide parts for the equipment for those who wish to repair their equipment themselves. After years of witnessing equipment being discarded and ending up in our landfills because of our “throw away society”, we knew there was a better approach. By offering customers an affordable option to hold on to their equipment for a larger return on their investment and with professional repair services and accessibility to parts, we felt this was a viable business model. We are an environmentally green company. We don’t use any caustic chemicals in the repair of equipment. We recycle 100% of the metal, plastics, cardboard, batteries and more in an environmentally friendly manner.
DMK Solutions is now an approved by Sharp and Kyocera certified dealer, which allows us to sell and repair there multifunction copiers and printer, smart displays and other office products. Which means our technicians are trained and certified through the OEM training programs offered only to certified dealers.
