The Business Technology Association (BTA) serves office technology dealerships, resellers, manufacturers, distributors and service companies. Its core members — office technology dealerships — consult, provide services and sell hardware, software and supplies with the primary goal of helping businesses optimize business document and information workflows. Through the association’s various educational programs, information, research, legal services, publications and guidance, BTA member dealerships are positioned to be the premier source of the office technology used by businesses throughout the United States every day.
What it means to us:
The BTA is an organization that is dedicated to the development of independent dealers. It is an organization that looks out for the dealers and their interests not big OEM corporations. The value you get from the membership and the access you have to other likeminded industry professional is worth the cost of the annual membership and then some. The people we have met have been instrumental in helping us understand the industry and also grow the business. Even though at times some of are competing for the same business that never gets in the way of sharing ideas and thoughts about how you can be a better business for you and your customers.

Orange County Chamber of Commerce
About:
Today’s Orange County Chamber of Commerce was created in 1997 by the consolidation of the two largest chambers of commerce in Orange County. Both predecessor chambers had a 100-year history of service to the business community prior to that time.
The vast majority of Chamber members (approximately 75%) are businesses with fewer than five employees. More than a dozen committees, chaired by Chamber members, work with Chamber staff to provide resources for members, as well as plan and carry out Chamber events, programs, and services.

Hudson Valley SPCA
What it means to us:
Is a no kill sanctuary (which is important to us) dedicated to rescuing, sheltering and defending animals while actively seeking loving, forever homes for them. This is extremely important to me as I am an animal lover to the core. I have three dogs, Sable, (Black Lab), Harper (Golden Retriever), and Guinness (Chocolate lab). They are part of our family. In return for food and Shelter, and the occasional treat they provide us with unconditional love. Studies have shown that people with animals longer, healthier, happier lives. So I figured if I got three I would live that much longer.
The service that this SPCA provides in next to none. They are committed to each and every animal that they rescue or take in and work tirelessly to make their lives happier and healthier.

Montgomery NY Fire Department & Cronomer Valley – Newburgh NY Fire District Department
What it means to us:
Supporting your local fire and Ems services is absolutely essential to small town. You can donate money, your time, your services (like copier repair) and many other ways to help support the community you live in. The members work tirelessly to ensure that the community in which you live and work in are safe and prosperous for everyone. You never know when you are going to need them. So I believe getting to know them and what they do is the right thing to do and it just makes sense. It is my way to say thank you for what you do even though you never ask for a thank you.
